Everything Shea ... Creates Pages

Suppliers

These are the Super Suppliers because they stock an array of items. For example,  if you want to make a lip balm, you can get all the ingredients: beeswax, fixed oils, butters, flavor oils, tubes or jars, and even labeling. As far as I know, they all carry shea butter. And soap, and lots of ingredients!

Since 2003 I’ve been ordering from Brambleberry. I’ve always been impressed with the quality of the many products I’ve received: fragrance & essential oils, soap base, molds, and more. I like the careful way items are packed and shipped. You also get a free fragrance sample with each order! The single time that a package didn’t arrive [it was stolen], I was sent a replacement. Their customer service is well documented as being excellent. The website is easy to navigate. They are constantly adding new products and their fragrances are high quality and long lasting. You can visit their blog http://soap-queen.blogspot.com/

Since 2004 I have ordered mostly fixed oils from this company. The price is right and the products are consistently outstanding. Their service as quick and they accept PayPal. You can also track your order. No free samples but products are carefully wrapped. I haven’t had the time or funds to try out more of the huge selection of readymade and raw ingredients they have in stock.

Another supplier that has been helping me out since my business was launched in 2004. You can find containers, fixed oils, lots of fragrances & essential oils, and raw materials here. Online shopping is a breeze and they have a few different shipping options. Your package will arrive carefully wrapped and protected. They also respond to customer questions quickly.

New Directions Aromatics http://www.newdirectionsaromatics.com/ U.S. and Canada
An extensive array of some exotic oils found here. Products are reviewed by customers on the site which is helpful. Really easy to order and fine customer service and shipping. Haven’t ordered as many ingredients as I’d like but they are on this list for a good reason!

I have not ordered from them but they have a huge selection of ingredients and a helpful recipe database. They are located in Connecticut.

Ordered packaging from this supplier once, so I can’t highly recommend them. The shipment arrived in a timely manner but I recall there was some fuss on the payment area as a donation was automatically added to the bill. But that was about 2 years ago so am not aware if this still applies. Their fragrances do get mixed reviews, as do all products, but they also utilize a rating system which is helpful.

I will soon be recommending fragrance & essential oil suppliers.
